ITEM_49 Setup Wizard instability

Changing the default video resolution in the wizard setup often caused bizarre 
consequences. Eg in spite of fatal error screens, the resultant setup may work 
OK.


ITEM_50 Config Anomaly can affect ftp

The config entry CachePath .\CACHE\ caused problems with ftp.
Remove the .\ from the start of the cache path and ftp works. Only ftp seems to 
be affected by this form of path definition.


ITEM_51 Progressive Page Display

The only kind of
complaint I have with arachne is it seems to load a
whole page first before showing cause it.  Ya know I
can turn off the pic load option to make it load
faster, I just though like even over dialup that must
be kinda slow.
